OUR RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns of all items (except sale items, clearance, markdown and the items that are bought with promotional code) which are not used, worn, washed or damaged and have all tags attached. All sale and clearance items are considered final sale.

Full priced items that are not included in clearance, sale, markdown or any promotion are open to exchange, returns, refund and open to store credit.

All international orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangable.

Item(s) returned without a Return Authorization number (RMA#) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 14 to 20 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted. Please email on aditi@satvaliving.com for the RMA#

Any Items that are received damaged can be returned after review. please share the pictures of the product on aditi@satvaliving.com. The case is then submitted to the team and after approval, the exchange, refund or store credit is applicable. 


HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE


1. To initiate a return or exchange please email with order number within 14 days of your order delivery. Email aditi@satvaliving.com with the subject line : RETURN - ORDER # (ex. RETURN -#1008) Let us know the reason for the return in the body of the email.

2. If your return is approved you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 to 20 days of your RA issue date.

3. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.

4. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase. Unless there was a error on our end.

5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, please contact customer service at aditi@satvaliving.com 

6. Customer Service is available from Monday To Friday - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm EST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any email communications coming on the weekend will be answered and responded in the order it was received on Monday when the office is resumed.

Purchases on Clearance, Sale and Markdown items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangable. No exception will be made to this.
