Returns

OUR POLICY

We will accept returns of items (excluding final sale and items bought with promotional code) which are not used, worn, washed or damaged and have all tags attached. All sale items are final sale. Item(s) returned without a Return Authorization number (RMA#) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.


HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE



1. To initiate a return or exchange please email with order number within 14 days of your order delivery. Email orders@satvaliving.com subject line should be RETURN - ORDER # (ex. RETURN -#1008) Let us know the reason for the return in the body of the email.

2. If your return is approved you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date.

4. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.

5. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.

6. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Purchases of Markdown Items and Sale items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangable.

All international orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangable.
